Mark Ruffalo gives his opinion on Playing The Hulk in The Avengers

By AltBakh

Now, thanks to an interview with IGN, Ruffalo gives a close and tells her thoughts on playing Bruce Banner, what are you doing to prepare for the role, how you will do differently, if we see a Hulk can really talk, and how to play the Hulk is like a scene from sex.Following in the footsteps of Eric Bana and Edward Norton, people are understandably concerned about a third actor to assume the same role, especially after fans of the comic and the audience were more than satisfied with the performance of Norton. We have already reported that Mark Ruffalo is the next incarnation of the Incredible Hulk in the upcoming feast of Marvel superheroes, The Avengers.
Check out what he had to say after the jump.
On playing a major role in the history of superheroSpeaking to IGN, Ruffalo addressed several issues related to Hulk.
All eyes are on you, right? It’s like doing a sex scene with 20 total strangers standing around and someone tells you how you can do better. It’s like doing sex scenes.
When he starts shooting:
In the month of April.
How are you preparing:
You dust. And I’ve been really thinking about the beginning, the original motivation of this character and what happened to that character. No other actor has ever done. You come back. It is a cross between Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Frankenstein. And I’m really going to be physically touching the Hulk. I’ve been watching the 100 hours of Hulk Bill Bixby. I think they go right back to the beginning and the dust of your first issue of the Avengers and have been doing that. I do not know what to do with it exactly, but I’ve been working for the Leviathan physically alive. So I’ve been getting in the Tai Chi and Pilates and doing lots of things moving. I’m finding a lot of things there.
In the way that too much of a good guy:
I’ve heard some of the fans and I totally respect them and listen to their concerns by Mark Ruffalo as a nice guy, but I assure you, like everyone else I have my dark side. Maybe more because I’m an actor.
The will of the Hulk be unique:
What worries me is putting a spark of originality and spontaneity of that character. All else is a kind of excavation in their super powers and he is the only one not want to be there, what could be a very interesting person to spend two hours. He is the only one not want to be there [in The Avengers] really.
If the Hulk be able to speak:
At some point you start to have some control but low. And as I said, I do not know what the final script will be, but we talked a lot about it at some point be able to penetrate your consciousness with the consciousness of the Goliath. We finished the last Hulk with him smiling and feels like he’s getting control of it. I do not know how deep we get into that, but my overall feeling is of Bruce Banner / Hulk and what I hope to talk is that Bruce Banner is slowly but surely – it’s like riding a wild mustang.
Your thoughts on the live action version of Hulk Guillermo del Toro:
I think the more the merrier, you know?It seems we’ll all get a shot at it. Friend, is like Hamlet of my generation.
When I heard about Norton play the green giant with anger and memories of American History X I was immediately on board. Do not forget that this Hulk will be all that motion capture is something he has not seen. However, recalling Ruffalo in 13 Going On 30 and Just Like Heaven does not do the same. I loved him on the island of All Children are right and the shutter and I think it is a very natural actor to watch. Let’s see when it comes to theaters on May 4, 2012 AvengersHowever, I remain at your side just because I respect him a lot as an actor. I’m fine, along with others, a little affected in their ability to carry out their inner Hulk. There is no denying that Mark Ruffalo has proven acting chops in countless movies. This means that Ruffalo can not rely on post-production CGI to fill in the blanks angry.
