Jeffrey Donovan directed the prequel to burn the movie cast Bruce Campbell NOTICE

Today, the cable network announced that the series star Jeffrey Donovan (who plays Michael Westen) is directing the prequel movie featuring Bruce Campbell’s character, Sam Axe. As the mission unfolds, Sam starts to discover the dark secrets of the area, know the truth about the sacrifice, deception, and ultimately what is worth fighting.The story is set in late 2005 after a Colombian rebel faction of the peloton makes problems locally stationed military, and Lieutenant Commander Sam Axe is sent to advise. Fans of the USA series Burn Notice and Bruce Campbell better seat belt, because you’re in for one hell of a ride.

The two-hour movie will air on USA Network in the spring of 2011.LOS ANGELES, CA – Tuesday, November 30, 2010 – Jeffrey Donovan is set to direct the next Burn Notice movie starring Bruce Campbell. Filming will begin in January on location in Bogota, Colombia.
