By AltBakh

reimaginings classics are a hot property these days. Now we have the first glimpse of the film in context, ie not walk down a concrete parking lot, so hit the jump to check out along with more updated information on the film.We reported in July about the images behind the scenes showing Seyfried, Gary Oldman co-star, and many more dressed in period clothing. There are two different live-action films in pre-production with Snow White, Cinderella and other covering, but before stealing the headlines in the future is not Catherine Hardwicke Red Riding Hood. The movie is already shooting and Amanda Seyfried stars as the innocent girl who just want to visit Grandma.
Hardwicke is best known for initiating the Twilight madness to rule the first film in the series, but now focuses on real werewolves. She will be working off a script writer David Leslie Johnson orphans, who has collected Seyfried, Oldman, Virginia Madsen, Lukas Haas, Darren Shahlavi, Shiloh Fernandez, and Julie Christie. Thanks to EW (via Shock Til You Drop), we have our first look at the grain Seyfried in full costume Red Riding Hood and then a nice upgrade in history apparently includes demons.
The book reads:
“I’ve never seen it like on paper before,” raves the director Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight). There is a strong thriller through the whole thing, “says Hardwicke.” “And those big eyes she is completely out of a fairy tale. Therefore, it is rare and interesting pieces of Grimm fairy tale and more. “She is super sexy, wild. “Amanda Seyfried layer becomes Little Red Riding Hood. “The threat of demons and werewolves love triangle complications, together with a priest (Gary Oldman) obsessed with freeing his people from evil, and the common people hide their own secrets and lies.” In a dark tale of the history of the children of celebrities (from March 11, 2011), Seyfried stars as Valerie, a girl torn between two loves people (including Peter, left, played by Shiloh Fernandez of Jericho).
If nothing else, certainly Red Riding Hood has a nice cast. I have to say that although I do not like the whole Twilight craze, this film is intriguing. Let us know your thoughts in the commentsHardwicke did not write the book that inspired the series, so I can forgive the first film to direct.
